The Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) makes possible, through an innovative One-Stop system, a full array of services at a single neighborhood location. Adults, veterans, dislocated workers and youth may receive skills assessment services, information on employment and training opportunities, unemployment services, job search and placement assistance, and up-to-date information on job vacancies—all at one center specifically designed to meet the needs of our community, helping employers get the workers they need and empowering job seekers with the resources they need for the jobs they want.

Universal access to Core Services including job search and placement assistance, career counseling, labor market information identifying job vacancies, initial assessments of skills and needs, and follow-up services to assist in job retention—available to everyone.

And the door remains open when you decide to make another move up the career ladder, sharpen a skill, learn a new one, or just get information. You can continue to rely on the Hudson County One-Stop Career Development Center.
