County Prep’s girls’ basketball team held their first annual scholarship fund raiser on Friday, February 27th under the direction of Coach Andrew Muscarnero and Assistant Coach Bianca Torres. Alumni vs. County Prep girls’ team and faculty vs. faculty games were played. The faculty game kicked off the night and put a charge into the fans to get the festivities underway. The stands were filled with spectators that included dignitaries, administration, staff, students, friends and family.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the County Prep Scholarship Fund and a scholarship will be awarded to a graduating member of the girls’ basketball team. The team and coaches would like to thank everyone for their support and express special gratitude to the alumni and faculty who participated.

Principal Barbara Mendolla announced that the evening was a huge success and a night to remember. Having the staff, alumni and students come together for a fun filled event was delightful and we are looking forward to our next alumni and faculty games.
