All full time employees and their eligible dependents are covered by the Delta Dental Premier Services plan.  There is a $2,000 per person/per year maximum benefit that includes two cleanings. (The benefit year runs from January to December).   See the links below for more information. Please note that dependent children age out of dental benefits at age 23. They are covered to the end of the benefit year following their 23rd birthday.

Effective July 1, 2011 dental implants were added to the plan- there is a $2,000 lifetime maximum benefit with a 50% co-insurance payment.
